About us

Growth happens throughunderstanding people.

Evol & Troppus was founded by a certified Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) who spent years working directly with children and families — in living rooms, classrooms, and everywhere behavior actually happens. Again and again, the same truth showed up: progress sticks when caregivers feel confident. That is why we exist — to empower caregivers through education, practical strategies, and genuine collaboration with the providers already on your child's team.

Our Mission

To make evidence-informed family support feel human — equipping caregivers with the understanding, skills, and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change at home.

Our Vision

A world where every caregiver has access to compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming coaching and education — and feels confident, connected, and supported in everyday life.

Our values

The Evol & Troppus manifesto

Five commitments. Every plan, every session, every conversation.

01

Evidence-Informed Practice

Science is our foundation. Every strategy we share is grounded in research and shaped by hands-on experience — but we never let rigor crowd out humanity.

02

Collaboration

Lasting change is built with people, never done to them. Families, teachers, and teams are partners in every decision we make together.

03

Empowerment

Our job is to make ourselves unnecessary. We teach skills and systems so the people we serve own their progress long after we leave.

04

Compassion

Behavior is communication. We start with understanding — of the child, the caregiver, and the context — before we change anything at all.

05

Long-Term Independence

Success is not a good week. It is a family that thrives on its own systems, years later. We design everything with that horizon in mind.

Built to grow with you

Founded on experience. Driven by learning.

Evol & Troppus is led by a certified Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) with years of hands-on experience working directly with children and families in homes and schools. That front-line perspective shapes everything here: practical over theoretical, honest about scope, and committed to lifelong learning and evidence-informed practice. Today, we focus on parent coaching, family coaching, and caregiver education — never diagnosis, assessment, or clinical treatment. Tomorrow, we are growing into professional trainings, digital courses, memberships, and new tools. What will never change: people before protocols, evidence before trends, and caregiver confidence as the measure of success.
